Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase but if for any reason, you need a refund or would like to return or exchange your item, you'll find returns information on your delivery note. We ask that you send the item back to us within 7 days of receipt. The cost of returning an item is met by you, the buyer. Please ensure that the item has not been used and is returned to us in the exact condition in which it was sent to you. We will process your refund within 14 days from when you return your order. If after this time you haven't received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com. We'll refund the Pay Pal account of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.
In most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it as it will have been processed and queued automatically for dispatch. However,
- To add products to your order, please place a new order for these items
- To change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Services team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you'll need to follow our Returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products.
